Our client is looking for detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join their high-tech assembly team in Beaverton. This role focuses on the precision packaging and assembly of sensitive technical components in a clean, professional environment.

Position Details
- Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Environment: Clean, climate-controlled, and organized production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Hand-assemble small technical kits and components with high accuracy.
- Detailed Labeling: Ensure all parts are correctly labeled, capped, or sealed according to strict quality standards.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct visual checks of finished goods to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
- SOP Compliance: Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product uniformity.
- Documentation: Maintain basic production logs and track completed units.
Qualifications
- Focus: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with 100% accuracy.
- Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small parts.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality for an early morning start.
- Communication: Ability to read and follow written English assembly guides.
- Physical: Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift and perform manual tasks.
